ur choice the frame is a full chromo fully post weld heat treated frame... no dents no scratches, rust rust blemishes that was light surface rist that i buffed out, so no damage it actually adds to the color and makes it really awesome thats kind of why i did that to the frame to get the whole custom look

a little high? its never been used has a brand new BB and headset and its originally 464? i would just send it back but i took the stickers off. sorry buddy im not going any lower
